One Call Now Update

postdateiconTuesday, 01 November 2011 08:46 | PDF | Print | E-mail

You can easily retrieve or replay a message that was cut off from an answering machine, answered by a child, or received on a cellular phone that dropped the call mid-message:

  • Call toll-free (877) 698-3261 or (866) 321-4255 from any touch-tone phone.
  • At the greeting, press 1, and then, if prompted, enter the phone number that One Call Now dialed. This is the phone number that you have given to the school to reach you.

Click here if you would like to change your primary phone number or wish to add additional phone numbers or email addresses.

One Call Now

postdateiconFriday, 28 October 2011 07:48 | PDF | Print | E-mail

The Logan Elm Schools have contracted with “One Call Now” as a voice message provider for the 2011-12 school year.  Our strategic planning committee recommended this tool as an effective way to keep parents informed about school closures or delays, important events, and automated student attendance calls.

We have tried to enter your new or updated phone numbers accurately into the system and we are ready to TEST the system.  On November 1, 2011 we will make a test call.  If you don’t receive a call on November 1, 2011 from 474-7501, Logan Elm Schools, contact your school to insure we have your new or preferred contact number.

Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding as we work together for improved communications.

Logan Elm Schools
Emergency Weather Closing Information

During the winter months it occasionally becomes necessary to cancel or delay the opening of school due to hazardous driving conditions.  We encourage all families to have an emergency plan in the event schools are closed, delayed or dismissed early.  This year a new plan is implemented to better communicate to parents.  In the morning we will announce one of the following plans:
1. Two (2) hour delay
2. PLAN A—Two (2) hour delay and some roads mostly in Hocking County will not be traveled.  Students and parents impacted by PLAN A will be notified individually in writing
3. CLOSED—NO SCHOOL
