A REMINDER TO ALL STUDENTS – HELP CELEBRATE FFA WEEK WITH HAT AND BOOTS DAY ON Wednesday.  If you want to wear a hat come to the lobby in front of the office before school to donate $1 to get your hat sticker.  All proceeds will benefit the Heart Center of Children’s Hospital.

We are having Big Brother/Big Sister today. 

The In The Know team is hosting league matches this week against Fisher Catholic, Granville and Heath.  First match is 3:30 pm on Wednesday.  Everyone is welcome to come support the team.

Dance forms are on the front of the office counter and need to be completed and turned in by next Friday, Feb. 24th for the March 3rd dance. 

SENIORS – Jostens will deliver your cap & gown and graduation products on Wednesday, March 7th during lunch periods in the lobby.  Please remember to bring in your final payment.  CHECKS WILL NOT be accepted on delivery day.  If you owe any money an invoice has been mailed to your home with payment instructions…..please check with your parents. 
 
GUIDANCE
Ohio Christian University will be here Wednesday, February 22 @10:00.

SPORTS
Anyone interested in running track, conditioning will begin Tuesday, the 21st fro m 3:00-4:15.

All wrestlers need to meet in the wrestling room after school on Wed., Feb. 22 to turn in equipment and talk about spring and summer workout opportunities.

Baseball practice will be from 4:45-6:45 today.  Meet in the cafeteria of the middle school.

MUSIC
High school band will rehearse today after school from 2:35 - 3:45 PM.

Band members are reminded that all Discount Card money must be turned in by Wednesday February 22nd in order to be credited on their February Florida payment.  CLUBS
Mandatory NHS meeting February 22nd at 7:45 am in the library.  Dues can be paid at the meeting as well.  $10.00.

TEAMS will have their last meeting on Wed., Feb. 29th, after school in Mrs. Wilson’s room.

In The Know members put your food and drink items in Mrs. Cooper’s room for Wednesday.

Attn. Drama Club – Play tryouts are this Thursday and Friday after school.  Please have a monologue ready to perform, preferably a comedy.  Any questions see Mrs. Holley.

Congratulations to the TEAMS members of Varsity A and JV for taking First place and for Varsity B for placing ninth at the competition yesterday at OU.

Seniors who have early release need to sign out each day or you can have your early release revoked.

Dance forms are on the front of the office counter and need to be completed and turned in by next Friday, Feb. 24th for the March 3rd dance. 

There are new scholarships available in the guidance office and on the school website.  Seniors be sure to stop by and check them out.

Any junior boy interested in attending Boys State at Bowling Green University from June 10 - 17 should see Mrs. Franks for an application and more information.

Attention Seniors:  If you are planning to go to college and have not filled out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), now is the time!   The University System of Ohio has posted a helpful video on its website, http://students.ohiohighered.org/paying/FAFSA that provides tips and advice for filling out and filing the FAFSA. The OhioHigherEd.org website also features a fact sheet about the FAFSA that answers potential questions.  Contact the guidance office if you have questions.

Congratulations to Sommer Henry who was recognized at the State House yesterday for placing 8th out of 108 competitors in a world wide American Soap Box Derby race last year.
